About Sam
Sam Rosenbloom has over 30 years of government regulatory experience in safety policy. Sam graduated the University of Maryland with a Bachelor's of Science in Biophysics and a Master's of Science in Nuclear Engineering. Sam has lived in Frederick County for more than 15 years and has made this his home. Sam is concerned in the direction the county is going in regards to educating children and strongly believes we need to get back to the fundamentals- hands on learning experience, reading, writing, and the basics of arithmetics. Sam is running for school board because he believes in the promise that every child regardless of background, income or status deserves a top-notch education to be successful as an adult no matter what technological or social challenges our society faces.
Sam makes a pledge to donate the entire salary to charity by direct payroll deduction.
Sam lives in Frederick and is in a long term committed relationship with his girlfriend.
